Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor to assume the Managing Director role, continuing your client work while leading a team of experienced advisors. You will shape growth strategy and help develop leadership within the firm.

You’ll recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture, leveraging the firm’s strong brand and long history to expand practices and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not held.
• Proven success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and team-building mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking aproven financial advisorfor a strategicManaging Director. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred(sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
