Job summary

HB Capital, a nationwide commercial real estate capital advisory firm, seeks an experienced Managing Director for a contract-based, remote role. You will lead full-cycle capital placements across debt and equity for HB Capital clients, leveraging our AI-driven lender-matching platform and a network of nearly 10,000 capital sources.

You will structure, negotiate, and close transactions, while building lender and investor relationships and advising clients with high judgment and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate capital markets, structured finance, mortgage, or related fields.
• Proven ability to originate and close debt and equity transactions.
• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and knowledge of industry strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.

Overview

HB Capital is seeking an experienced Managing Director to join us on a contract-based, remote role. HB Capital has a pipeline, overflowing with company generated leads across all asset classes, locations, and deal sizes. You’ll run full-cycle capital placements for HB Capital clients, working across the full stack of debt and equity products and the nearly 10,000 capital sources on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

The Managing Director will assist clients in securing financing solutions for their commercial real estate projects, including:

• Structuring and sizing deals from the first client conversation through close, matching each project to the right capital across our lender network.
• Negotiating terms and managing execution — you own your deals end to end.
• Building and deepening your own book of lender and investor relationships, backed by the ones the firm already holds.
