Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Managing Director to join our Business Tax Services practice in the United States. You will direct tax compliance and advisory services for partnerships, corporations and S-corporations, while leading engagement teams and pursuing new client opportunities.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of tax experience and a track record in business development, with strong communication skills and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of corporate and/or partnership tax experience.
• CPA, JD/LLM or Enrolled Agent licensure.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and mentoring staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of recent corporate and/or partnership tax experience in a public accounting firm or corporate taxation role
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university and licensed CPA, JD/LLM or Enrolled Agent
• Demonstrated track record of business development with the ability to develop and maintain existing internal and external client relationships and help build new relationships with key targets
• Experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information
