Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Managing Director to join our Business Tax Services practice in a leadership capacity. You will help shape and grow the Private Enterprise Tax practice, leading client engagements and developing market opportunities.

The role requires directing tax compliance and advisory services for privately owned partnerships, corporations, S-corporations, family offices and their owners, while mentoring staff and collaborating with other KPMG practices to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in developing the Private Enterprise Tax practice
• Direct tax compliance and advisory services for privately owned partnerships, corporations, S-corporations, family offices and their owners
• Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements teams while maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction
• Lead, participate in and contribute to market and business development activities external to the firm, including identifying and pursuing new clients and collaborating with KPMG's Audit and Advisory practices
• Contribute to the growth, experience, and institutional knowledge of the Private Enterprise practice staff level team members
