Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director with a proven personal practice to lead a team of experienced financial advisors. The role emphasizes recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture while you continue your own client work.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in financial services, hold Life and Health licenses, and possess leadership abilities with a long-term growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Managing Director | WealthBridge WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development. As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm. You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
