WealthBridge Financial Group in the United States is seeking a proven financial advisor stepping into a Managing Director role to lead a growing practice while continuing personal client work.

As MD, you will recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing team, leveraging our firm's legacy and infrastructure to expand services, deepen client relationships, and drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development. As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you'll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm. You'll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

Requirements
