Qualtrics is seeking a Managing Consultant, Nursing to lead and deliver end-to-end nursing-focused consulting engagements across health systems. You will guide clinical redesigns, data-driven improvements, and cultural change while coaching nursing teams and partnering with client stakeholders to achieve high-value outcomes.

You will work with senior practice leadership to elevate care delivery nationwide, leveraging expertise in analytics, Magnet-designated settings, and strategic healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of nursing experience with proven success designing clinical systems, processes, and care connection strategies.
• Demonstrated track record in training, coaching, and leading performance improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.
• Strong technical data analytics skills (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL, SAS) combined with advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in a Magnet®-designated healthcare organization with a focus on professional training, education, or leadership development (strongly preferred).
• Management/strategic consulting experience in healthcare environments (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to travel up to 75%.

• Synthesize Advanced Healthcare Analytics: Construct and lead analytical reviews across payer metrics, denial rates, and clinical behavior assessments to deliver clear executive recommendations.
• Build High-Trust Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact on engagement streams, establishing credibility and generating strong client satisfaction.
• Optimize Resource Delegation: Coordinate internal and client resources effectively using structured project management tools and work plans.
