Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice focuses on pharma, biotech, medical device and diagnostic companies to deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory solutions. Managing Consultants oversee project teams, manage work plans and budgets, and drive client-ready outputs while mentoring others.

The role requires 5–7 years in Life Sciences consulting with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; travel to client sites up to 25% and no sponsorship required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 5–7 years Life Sciences consulting experience required; advanced degree may substitute.
• Minimum 3+ years strategy, commercialization and launch experience is needed.
• Substantive oncology commercialization/strategy experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from cultivation to completion, develop work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets.
• Lead project team meetings and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Coordinate with Directors/Managing Directors to report progress and developments.
• Participate in sales initiatives and Practice development.
