Qualifications

• Master's degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, or related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in early childhood programs, preferably Head Start/Early Head Start.
• Experience with federal discretionary grants management and regulatory compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Builds collaborative relationships with federal, state, and other clients to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams to implement federal and state policies and programs, including Head Start initiatives.
• Supports grants management, program and financial management, and compliance monitoring.
• Aggregates and presents data to assess program performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Mentors staff and supports professional development of team members.
