Responsabilités

• Design, prepare and coordinate unique weekly menus for all dietary needs and restrictions.
• Spearhead execution of new product lines and culinary practices.
• Participate in discussions on eater satisfaction and business growth.
• Hire kitchen staff with support from culinary leadership.
• Manage, coach and train kitchen staff with support from leadership.
• Own supply ordering and inventory; oversee COGS.
• Monitor and manage food costs and portion control.
• Ensure strict quality control and sanitary standards.
• Ensure kitchen meets company and facility standards.
