Jobot is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead a Scottsdale satellite office focused on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and related default servicing matters.

You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise attorneys and staff, handle client communication and case strategy, and ensure compliance with client guidelines and court requirements while supporting growth and performance standards for the office.

Qualifications

• Arizona bar license in good standing is required.
• Experience in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or default servicing is required.
• Ability to lead a small office with autonomy and accountability.
