The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are currently seeking a managing attorney to open and grow a staff counsel litigation office covering the Austin and San Antonio, Texas territory.

Salary Range:

The pay range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

• Represent the company and its policyholders in litigation within the Austin/San Antonio corridor.
• Maintain a diverse caseload including both commercial and insurance litigation.
• Open and manage a staff counsel legal office with attorneys and support staff.

Be equipped with:

• Texas law license.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, including jury trial experience.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation, defending individuals, businesses, and contractors in personal and commercial insurance cases.
• A desire to manage and grow a small legal office.
• Management experience is preferred.
