Dojnia Staffing is actively searching for an experienced Managing Attorney - Business Litigation for a small law firm in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and be able to bring on a small book of business. The firm provides representation and assistance to businesses, corporations, employers, consumers, and individuals.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 -9 plus years of litigation experience.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to manage a high case load
• Ability to manage a team
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working in Commercial/Business Litigation
• Must have excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Experience providing legal counsel to clients, negotiating settlements and handling case management from inception to completion
• Knowledge in Florida Procedures
• Great negotiating and customer service skills
