Job summary

The Collective Blueprint in Memphis is seeking a Manager of Young Adult Programs to lead training, curriculum, and admissions across in-person and hybrid formats. You will guide program staff, coordinate external partners, and ensure high-quality experiences for thousands of local young adults seeking growth.

You will drive strategic program improvements, mentor staff, and maintain focus on equitable, outcome-driven education and career pathways in a primarily in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree strongly preferred in Education, Educational Leadership, School Administration, Organizational Leadership, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in education, workforce development, youth development, or the nonprofit sector.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing complex programs with planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Strong instructional leadership and curriculum development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of training programs to improve socioeconomic mobility for young adults.
• Foster culture of high expectations, belonging, accountability, and participant success.
• Lead planning and execution of program logistics, schedules, staffing, and events.
• Coordinate external facilitators, guest speakers, and school visits.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, completion, and participant satisfaction using data.
• Direct supervisory staff and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Develop instructional resources, rubrics, and facilitator guides.
• Oversee admissions processes, policies, and timelines.
