Job summary

TSR Consulting is hiring a virtual Workforce Manager (TIME) Implementation Consultant with 4+ years of ADP Workforce Manager and/or UKG Dimensions experience. This remote contract role focuses on successful configuration and client success.

You will gather requirements, map rules, configure pay rules and security, conduct testing, and train administrators. You’ll coordinate project milestones and work with sales, service, and engineering to stabilize post-launch.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Manager or UKG Dimensions implementations.
• 4+ years in timekeeping/HR/payroll systems implementation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business practices, timekeeping methods, and policy rules.
• Map shifts, overtime, accruals, and breaks into software parameters.
• Identify interface and data requirements between time tracking, HR, and payroll.
• Configure pay rules, rounding rules, holiday schedules, and accrual policies.
• Set up security profiles, employee/manager roles, and approval workflows.
• Build customized templates, data collection groups, or work rules.
• Perform unit testing and end-to-end testing of configured time rules.
• Verify time calculations, punches, and interface files.
• Troubleshoot configuration gaps or calculation errors before launch.
• Deliver product walkthroughs and training sessions to build client confidence.
• Educate administrators and managers on daily timecard management and reporting.
• Support user adoption and address roadblocks.
• Manage multiple project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with sales, service, and technical engineering teams.
• Provide post-go-live stabilization support before transitioning to standard care.
• Any experience with ADP WFN, Lyric, or Globalview would be a huge plus.

Client Training and Onboarding

• Deliver product walkthroughs and training sessions to build client confidence.
• Educate administrators and managers on daily timecard management and reporting.
• Support user adoption and address administrative or configuration roadblocks.

Project Coordination and Support

• Manage multiple project timelines, milestones, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Partner internally with sales, service, and technical engineering teams.
• Provide post-go-live stabilization support before transitioning the account to standard customer care.

Any experience with ADP WFN, Lyric, or Globalview would be a huge plus.
