HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Nurse Manager to oversee daily unit operations, ensure staffing alignment, and drive high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, staff accountability, and adherence to hospital policies.

The Manager will monitor nursing care delivery, supervise clinical staff, and work to achieve facility objectives while supporting staff development and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license required (active in Florida)
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification within 6 months of start date
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher

Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
