Job summary

Vadilal Industries USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods, and to process client orders accurately and on time.

The role requires monitoring space, maintaining inventory levels, and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and systems. You will lead warehouse staff, manage workflow to maximize efficiency, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with production, logistics, accounts and sales to sustain smooth

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods
• Process client/customer orders accurately and on time
• Monitor warehouse space and storage capacity for new and existing products
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Verify physical stock against system inventory and resolve discrepancies
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff/labour teams to meet productivity targets
• Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce overtime costs
• Report daily operational variances to management with corrective actions
• Conduct frequent visits inside freezer storage areas
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inbound/outbound documentation
• Coordinate with external parties for smooth and timely order processing
• Collaborate with internal teams: production, logistics, accounts, sales
• Ensure compliance with applicable state warehouse regulationsOperate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, rider jack, turret truck, forklift)
• Train new warehouse employees on processes, equipment, and safety
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards
• Perform additional duties assigned by management
