An established industry player is seeking a Warehouse Manager III to oversee operations in Southern California. $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Reporting to the Director of Warehousing, the Warehouse Manager III oversees all Commercial Warehouse activities in the Southern California region. Manages warehouses generating up to $8.5 million in annual revenue, covering 250,000 sq ft, with up to 15 warehouse staff.
Responsible for warehouse operations, ensuring coordination and safety of incoming and outgoing goods. Maintains inventory accuracy and quality control. Manages financial performance via P&L statements and upholds productivity standards.
Acts as the facility manager for assigned buildings, handling security, maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor relations. Develops strategies to enhance employee engagement and fosters a positive work environment.
BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years management experience in distribution operations. Proficient in MS Excel, WMS, ERP, and Office Suite. Valid California driver’s license.
Preferred: Prior senior leadership experience, service industry background, process improvement experience.
Includes walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, working at heights, and exposure to warehouse conditions. Office and warehouse environments, may include outdoor work.
