Job summary

ProAmpac in Neenah, WI is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations including shipping, receiving, storage and inventory management. You will drive safety, improve processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience, with strong skills in MS Office, Visio, Teams, and Outlook. A proactive, strategic leader will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies for receipt, storage and distribution of materials.
• Support supply chain strategy through inventory maintenance and timely distribution.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for material handling, storage and distribution.
• Track and report inventory; develop department metrics.
• Develop, train, and make personnel decisions within scope.
• Adhere to budget and strategic plan.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and Finance as needed.
• Maintain warehouse equipment; perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by effectively managing the day to day operations of the Warehouse which may include shipping, receiving, storage, inventory, material movement, traffic, equipment maintenance and/or export activities.

Essential Duties and Tasks

• Adhere to all safety, health and housekeeping protocols
• Develop and implement policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage and distribution of materials (inbound, outbound, WIP)
• Support the organizations supply chain strategy through maintenance of appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution of goods
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal and external regulations for material handling, storage and distribution.
• Track and report inventory
• Develop, communicate and track department metrics that align with Organization
• Responsible to develop, train, and make all personnel decisions within scope
• Adhere to budget and strategic plan
• Collaborate with Manufacturing management, Procurement, Sales, Finance and other departments as needed.
• Ensure all warehouse or material moving equipment is maintained
• All other duties as assigned

• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
