Brobston Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead day-to-day VM execution at a single boutique in a lighthouse market. You will develop the boutique VM team and ensure brand standards while supporting client experience and business priorities.

You will translate visual directives into engaging displays, collaborate with boutique leadership, and drive polished visual solutions that reflect the brand vision. Strong leadership and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated visual merchandising experience, ideally in luxury retail or fashion.
• Experience leading or coordinating a VM team in a boutique or similar retail.
• Strong execution skills and ability to translate strategy into polished displays.

Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute visual merchandising activities, maintaining elevated presentation standards across client-facing areas.

• Partner with boutique leadership and staff to align execution with sales priorities, client needs, and business goals.

• Facilitate visual merchandising training and ongoing visual education for boutique teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated visual merchandising experience, ideally in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or a similar client-centric environment.
• Experience leading, developing, or coordinating a visual merchandising team in a boutique or comparable retail environment.
• Strong execution skills and the ability to turn strategic direction into polished visual solutions.
• Collaborative communication, sound judgment, initiative, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, travel as needed, and lift 30-40 lbs.
