Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the boutique’s brand image and elevate the client experience while supporting the selling process.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will collaborate with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and boutique teams to implement displays, manage product presentation, and assist with launches and events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in retail operations, display, and merchandising.
• Associate degree required, preferably in a fashion-related major.
• Collaborative communication skills and a strong interest in client experience and luxury.
• Ability to work on a ladder, lift 30–40 pounds, and move heavy items.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
