About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed UI/UX Designer who will take complete ownership of the brand website's design experience. From homepage to quote page, from navigation to nudges youll be the brain behind how our website looks, feels, and performs.

Youll lead design thinking for all purchase journeys, work closely with marketers, developers, and performance teams, to ensure that every page on our site not only looks stunning but also drives results.

What You’ll Own

• Design end-to-end website and purchase journeys with a user-first lens
• Optimize website experience using A/B and multivariate testing frameworks
• Collaborate with content, tech, and product teams to implement high-converting designs
• Translate insights from heatmaps, analytics, and experiments into design improvements
• Ensure design compatibility with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, or Drupal
• Uphold best-in-class UI/UX principles across mobile and desktop interfaces

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and digital journeys
• Strong understanding of modern design systems and usability principles
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• A strong grasp of experimentation tools and data-backed decision making
• Good understanding of website architecture and responsive design

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with CMS-driven websites (Adobe, Optimizely, Drupal preferred)
• BFSI or e-commerce experience
• Familiarity with GA, Hotjar, VWO, or similar tools
• Exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) workflows
