We are seeking a Manager, Trial Delivery Management, Oncology to be based in Beerse (Belgium), Leiden (Netherlands), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), High Wycombe (UK), Toronto (Canada), or Spring House, PA / Raritan, NJ (USA). This role is hybrid and may be posted under different requisition numbers per country. Please focus your application on the location(s) of your preference.

The Manager, Trial Delivery Management (TDM) oversees study activities, manages trial documents, vendor oversight, training, and local operational delivery, including feasibility, risk reviews, and addressing local challenges.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Creating and updating trial-specific documents (Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Forms, IMP documentation)
• Managing vendor activities, including setup, SOW, and budgets
• Coordinating trial management activities regionally, aligning feasibility strategies, conducting risk reviews
• Supporting program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical writing teams
• Contributing to operational strategies, resolving issues, mitigating risks
• Participating in process improvements, supporting inspections, and mentoring team members

Internal: Trial Management Directors, Clinical Trial Leaders, Trial Assistants, Delivery Operations, other GD Functions, Procurement

Education and Experience Requirements

• BSc or equivalent in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy)
• At least 8 years in Pharma, Healthcare, or related fields
• Significant Oncology experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and clinical research across phases I-IV
• 2-3 years leading aspects of global trials
• Strong leadership, decision-making, financial, and project management skills
• Ability to operate independently and mentor others
