Job Description

The Manager, Trial Delivery Management (TDM), oversees study-level activities, creates and updates trial-specific documents, manages vendors, and coordinates local operational delivery across countries and regions. Responsibilities include feasibility strategy alignment, risk reviews, and managing local challenges impacting study delivery.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Creating and updating trial documents (Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP documentation)
• Vendor setup and management, including SOW and budget oversight
• Country/regional coordination of trial activities, risk reviews, and feasibility alignment
• Supporting program-level compound training with Clinical, CTL&D, Medical writing teams
• Providing operational strategy input, resolving issues, mitigating risks
• Participating in process improvements and supporting inspections
• Mentoring new team members and fostering engagement and inclusion

Principal Relationships

Internal: Trial Management Directors, Clinical Trial Leaders, Trial Assistants, Delivery Operations, other GD functions, Clinical Teams, Procurement.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy)
• At least 8 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
• Significant oncology experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical development
• Operational experience across multiple clinical trial phases (I-IV)
• 2-3 years leading aspects of global trials, with leadership skills in matrixed environments
• Strong decision-making, analytical, financial management, project planning, and communication skills
