Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Sacramento, CA location. You will lead a combined team of about 17 Warehouse Associates and Drivers in a 24-hour operation that handles roughly 4 million pounds annually.
You will oversee budget, staffing, KPIs, and records, while driving safety, service improvements, and inventory control. A four-year degree is preferred, with 4–6 years in warehousing/logistics and at least 2 years of supervision.

Mohawk is looking for a Warehouse Manager to assist in leading the daily operation and success of our Sacramento CA, warehouse location. This position will also participate in planning, developing and implementing optimum service delivery strategies to achieve desired results.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Compensation and range may vary by location. Final base pay is determined based on job-related factors such as work location, skills, experience, education, and training, consistent with applicable state and local laws. Base pay is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include incentive compensation, commissions (if applicable), discretionary bonuses, short-and long-term incentives, and company-sponsored benefits.
