Responsibilities

• Represent client organizations through face-to-face marketing and sales.
• Engage customers in established retail locations to build relationships.
• Explain campaigns, answer questions, assist with enrollment and sales.
• Develop communication, customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.
• Support daily execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Collaborate with team to improve campaign results and customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing and leadership development training.
• Learn coaching, team-building and performance management techniques.
• Assist with training and supporting new team members as you advance.
• Gain exposure to business operations, campaign coordination and team management.
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities based on performance.
