Job Overview

Position located in a BioLife Center (not remote). Are you a self-motivated leader seeking a meaningful career? At BioLife, we offer opportunities for rapid career development. As a Manager Trainee, you will undergo a training program designed to enhance your leadership skills and prepare you for accelerated growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month development program with mentorship and training, with potential to advance into an Assistant Manager role.
  • Learn various aspects of operations management, including financial, marketing, regulatory, quality, and facilities management.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service to contribute to the creation of life-changing medicines.
  • Travel to different BioLife locations nationwide, building your professional network.
  • Support a diverse, inclusive team environment through collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure a positive donor experience and assist with production tasks as needed.
  • Upon promotion, relocate to a BioLife location as required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience (~3 years).
  • Experience supervising teams, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ability to travel up to 100%, depending on the program path.
  • Must reside in the continental US and be willing to travel extensively.
  • Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts, work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license and physical ability to perform job duties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, FDA regulations.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments.

Compensation & Location

Base salary range: $54,400 - $74,800, depending on experience and location. U.S. employees may be eligible for incentives and benefits.
