What You Will Do: The Manager Trainee is a full-time, entry-level role designed to prepare you for leadership. It offers hands-on training in store operations with potential promotion to management within 6-12 months, leading to significant pay increases. Many progress to General Manager roles within 3-4 years. Complete the required training and be willing to relocate for advancement.

Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor work, assisting customers in various weather conditions. Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 80 pounds, and working around machinery and particles.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory, POS Systems
• Financial report analysis
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Full-time availability (48+ hours/week, including overtime)
