What You Will Do: The Manager Trainee is a full-time, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a leadership role. It offers hands-on training in store operations with potential promotion to management within 6-12 months, possibly increasing your salary by up to 40%. Many progress to General Manager roles within 3-4 years. Completion of the training plan and willingness to relocate are required.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Work involves indoor and outdoor settings, assisting customers in various weather conditions, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Safety around machinery and airborne particles is necessary.

Responsibilities include:

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory, POS Systems
• Analyzing financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Full-time availability (48+ hours/week, including overtime)
