Responsibilities

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process and resolving questions professionally.
• Assist with daily branch operations including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation and compliance tasks.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication and performance metrics.
• Build skills to grow into leadership opportunities within Hertz.
