Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, leadership development, and promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months. This fast-paced role offers exposure to sales, operations, fleet management, and administration while developing future leaders at Hertz.

The position provides hands-on experience in fleet logistics, customer service excellence, and cross-functional training designed to grow your leadership capabilities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and presents professionally.
• Experience in a professional environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning and preparing vehicles and lot management.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management and develop team leadership skills.
