Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using the current inventory information.
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot.
• Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
• Help management increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily and reporting any issues.
• Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Proven customer service skills and sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in-person and over the phone.
• Persuasive with the ability to overcome customer objections during sales.
• Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
• Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and sales programs.
• Persistent, competitive, and with a good work ethic.
