Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer‑focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real‑world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

Formación

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow into leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process and resolving questions.
• Assist daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization, documentation, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, performance coaching, and business metrics.
• Build skills to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
