Hertz Local Edition in Mentor, OH is hiring a Manager Trainee to learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, service, and operations.

You’ll build leadership skills with a clear path to promotion as a Branch Manager within 12–18 months, while earning $16.00 per hour plus incentives and benefits in a customer-focused role at a busy local location.

• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and applying sales techniques.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns.
• Assist with daily branch operations including fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization, documentation and compliance tasks.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, and performance coaching.
• Build the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real-world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

Wage: $16.00 per hour+ incentives, varies based on job performance
