Menards is offering a Manager Trainee program that is paid and full-time, designed to develop and prepare you for a future in Menards Management. As you progress, you will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a strong understanding of our business and prepare you to assume a management role in the near future.
