Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center is seeking a motivated individual for the Manager Trainee position in Sycamore, Illinois. This full-time role offers hands-on training aimed at developing your career in Retail Management. You'll work closely with experienced team members, gaining the skills needed to advance to management roles across their numerous locations.

Ideal candidates are driven, innovative, and goal-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills. A degree in business is preferred, as is prior leadership experience. The position features a promoting-from-within culture and extensive career advancement opportunities.
