Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager Trainee position. This is a paid, full-time training program designed to develop future leaders for our retail management operations.

Successful candidates will work under the guidance of seasoned managers and learn essential skills in customer service, team leadership, and business operations. Menards promotes from within, providing endless opportunities for advancement across our 330+ locations.

Qualifications

Leadership experience is preferred.
Hands-on training program designed for management preparation.
Must work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

Responsibilities

Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program.
Develop an understanding of the business and management role.
Be eligible for promotion to any of the 330+ Store Locations post-program.
