Menard, Inc Career Center is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in Tinley Park, Illinois. This full-time program offers comprehensive training in retail management, aimed at developing future leaders within the company.

As a Trainee, you'll work closely with experienced team members to understand the business and prepare for various management roles. Benefits include extra pay on weekends, store discounts, and medical insurance among others.
