The Manager Trainee will participate in a structured training program under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager, with relocation required after completion. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate upon successful completion of the training program (18–24 months).
• Demonstrated leadership capability and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process.
• Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles (excluding commercial driving positions).
• Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Job Summary

Working Conditions

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including temperature extremes, dust, rain, wind, and snow
• Work environment includes exposure to industrial materials such as cement dust, fuels, lubricants, and electrical systems
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing and respiratory protection in designated areas
• Physical requirements include climbing stairs and ladders, ability to lift 80 pounds and performing tasks requiring strength, endurance, and manual dexterity
