Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee program in Paducah, KY. This paid, full-time, hands-on training prepares you for a future management role within our stores.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build product knowledge, leadership, and operations skills as you progress toward a management position at one of our 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team during the trainee program.
