Menards is offering a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop you for store management responsibilities.

During the program, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build knowledge of our business and prepare for a management role in the near future.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to engage with customers and solve issues.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a store environment.
• Leadership potential or prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee training program.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn operations.
• Progress through the program to qualify for a future store management role.
