Job summary

Menards in Marshall, MN offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. You will work alongside the General Management team and Store Team Members to build the skills needed for a future management role.

As you progress, ongoing coaching and on-the-job training prepare you for advancement within our promote-from-within culture across 330+ stores and facilities.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
