This role offers a defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months and focuses on achieving location sales goals and customer service excellence.

The program combines classroom-style learning with on-the-job assignments and mentorship from senior leaders, enabling rapid development of leadership and operational skills

Job description

The Manager In Training program provides hands‑on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Wage: $18.00/hr.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver’s license is required. Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed. Excellent written and spoken communication.
