The Manager In Training program offers hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Fleet Management, and People Management. This role has a clear career path to become a Branch Manager within 12-18 months. The position supports achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.

Wages: $16.00/hr.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. A valid driver’s license is necessary. Strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and excellent written and spoken communication are essential.
