Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our Lees Summit branch. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn to run a rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily operations.

This program leads toward promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months, with structured training and real-world experience to develop leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.

Job Description Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real‑world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

What You’ll Do
