RoMac Building Supply is continuing to expand and is hiring Manager Trainees to work in Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties. We prefer candidates with a background in lumber, building materials, aluminum extrusion, or the vinyl siding industry, and who have a desire to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

1. Building Material Knowledge: 1 year (Required)
2. Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
3. Computer literacy: 1 year (Required)
4. Management: 1 year (Required)
5. License/Certification: Florida Driver's License (Required)

Qualifications

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the lumber and supply industry
2. Proficiency using a computer
3. Ability to work well within a team environment
4. Knowledge of the lumber industry
5. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
6. Ability to pass a drug test and clear a background check
