Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop leadership and hands-on supervision, preparing you to manage store operations and teams across a growing company.

As you progress, you will collaborate with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of our business and leadership approach, with clear advancement pathways within our 330+ store network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop retail management skills.
