Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time training program aimed at developing future management leaders. Candidates will engage in a hands-on learning experience to prepare for the world of Menards Management.

Successful trainees may advance to any of the over 330 Menards locations, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, or distribution centers.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, leadership potential, and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills are essential.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team is critical.
