Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Ionia, Michigan is looking for motivated individuals for the Manager Trainee position. This is a paid, full-time training program aimed at developing future leaders within the company.

As a Manager Trainee, you'll work closely with the General Management team and Department Managers to gain a thorough understanding of retail management, setting you up for success in leading any of our 330+ locations or corporate offices.
