Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Hodgkins, Illinois, is offering a full-time Manager Trainee position within a valuable training program. This role is designed to develop you into management through hands-on experience, working closely with leaders who will mentor you along the way.

Upon completing the program, you'll be eligible for promotions within our expansive company, which includes over 330 store locations and various corporate positions. We seek motivated individuals with a passion for excellence and outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in a hands-on training program to prepare for management.
